OBITUARY JOHN ROY BALEY BALEY, JOHN ROY, born September 17, 1935 to Roy and Floy Baley, passed away May 5, 2003 at 67 years of age. He is survived by his wife Marguerite (Sam) Baley. Mr. Baley is also survived by his children Terry Merck, Steve Merck, Doug Merck and Cindy Beck, and two grandchildren Lawrence and Jennifer Beck. His sisters are Jean Crawford, and Anice Price both of Irving, Rita Woodruff of Plano, Jennie Fitch of Bedford, Lana Downs of Mount Pleasant, one brother Charles Baley of Austin and one aunt Eth Strickland of Austin. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7- 9 P.M. at Rhoton Funeral Home.
