OBITUARY BEARD, GARY Gary
Beard passed away October 6, 2008, due to complications from pancreatic cancer
Gary was born August 26, 1955 and was raised in Dallas Texas. He attended R. L.
Turner High School and Richland Community College. He had a successful career
working at Peterbilt and Metro Trucks. He retired four years ago and has enjoyed
having an entrepreneurial business with his wife, Edeen, living at thir late house
in Possum Kingdom. He was an avid motorcyclist and boatsman. Gary was a loyal
and trusted friend to so many and was known for his most generous spirit. Gary
is survived by his loving wife, Eileen; his mother Marilyn; two brothers,
Darrell and Stephen; twelve sisters and brothers-in-law; and 16 nieces and
nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday October 7 from 6-8 PM, and Funeral Services
will be Wednesday, October 8, at 10:00 A.M., all at Sparkman Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.

OBITUARY Gary Beard
Gary Beard died Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, due to complications from pancreatic
cancer.
Services were held Wednesday, Oct. 8, at Sparkman Funeral Home in Richardson.
Burial followed at Calvary Hills.
Mr. Beard was born Aug. 26, 1955, and raised in Dallas. He attended R.L. Turner
High School and Richland Community College and had a successful career working
at Peterbilt and Metro Trucks.
He retired four years ago and enjoyed having an entrepreneurial business with
his wife, Eileen, living at their lake house at Possum Kingdom Lake. He was an
avid motorcyclist and boatman.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen; mother, Marilyn; two brothers, Darrell and
Stephen; and 12 sisters and brother-in-laws.
