OBITUARY

Bradford, Jimmie Earleen Hall On Tuesday May 5, 2009 Jimmie Earleen Hall Bradford passed on peacefully at home in Farmers Branch, TX. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, H.E. "Sonny" Bradford, sister Jeanne Hall Brewer, daughter Jan Mawhee, three sons, Scott, Bill and Mark Bradford, nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and two devoted daughters-in-laws. Jimmie was born in Memphis, TN on April 19, 1925 to Clifford Earl Hall and Jimmie Jewel Williams Hall. She was a lady of the South by birth and upbringing, and a devoted wife, mother, businesswoman and Texan by choice. Jimmie attended Southern Methodist University and was involved in Bradford Rexall Drug Store, Carrollton, Texas. Later in life she and her husband "Sonny" founded and managed Bradford & Bradford Galleries for fifteen years. After retirement Jimmie took great pleasure in sewing, email correspondence, and genealogy. She was active in Christ United Methodist Church, her community, and her family until just a few weeks before her death. Jimmie Bradford was greatly loved by her family and friends. Graveside services will be held at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery on Friday May 8, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. and a memorial service will be conducted on Monday, May 11, 2009, 10:30 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church in Farmers Branch, TX.
