OBITUARY

BRISENDINE, JOHNIE GLENN Born March 25, 1945, left this world for a better one on November 1, 2005 at the age of 60. Preceded in death by his mother, Martha, father, Harley C. and brother, Harley Duane. Johnie will be greatly missed by remaining relatives and friends. Johnie graduated from R. L. Turner High School in Carrolton and Baylor University where he was proud to be a member of Baylor's football team. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was an avid fisherman and golfer enjoying life to the fullest. His family will miss his big smile and witty personality. Visitation is 10a.m.-9p.m. Friday, November 4, 2005 at the funeral home. Funeral services celebrating John's life are scheduled for 10:00a.m. Saturday, November 5, 2005 at the Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park.   Laurel Oaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park Lake June Rd. @ I-635 Mesquite Texas 75185

born Mauch 25, 1945, left this world for a better one on November 1, 2005 at the age of 60. Preceded in death by his mother, Martha, father, Harley C. and brother, Harley Duane. Johnie will be greatly missed by remaining relatives and friends. Johnie graduated from R.L. Turner High School in Carrolton and Baylor University where he was proud to be a member of Baylor's football team. He served his country proudly in the U.A. Air Force during the Korean War.   • In Memoriam - R. L. Turner High School - Class of 1963
  • I couldn't help but notice that Johnny Brisendines' obit said he was an Air Force Korean war veteran. Surely this is an error and it was meant to say Vietnam. Since Johnny was born in 1945 and the Korean War was from 1950 to 1953 he would have been a 5 to 8 year old veteran.  ...Gary Williams Sr. on facebook
