OBITUARY
BURGESS
LOIS RUTH. Born in Coppell, Texas on November 4, 1922, died on July 15, 1999.
Mrs. Burgess was an active member of the Webb Chapel United Methodist Church,
United Methodist Women, W.S.C.S., and a sponsor of Methodist Youth Fellowship.
She was also a member of "Tops" #248. Lois is survived by her husband of 54
years, Edgar Allen Burgess, daughters: Jan Prewitt, Judy Abbott, and J. ?
Burgess, grandchildren: Ladonna Moore, Donald Black, Janella Need, Wesley Black,
Aaron Abbott, and David Abbott. She is also survived by five great
grandchildren and numerous cousins. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. on
Monday, July 19, 1999 at Web Chapel United Methodist Church. Burial
follows at Hilltop Memorial Park. Pastor Elaine Bussey will officiate. The
family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 18, 1999 from 1
to 5 P.M.
