James Butler
James Franklin Butler, 78,of Carrollton, died Sept. 1 in Carrollton.
He was born Dec. 13, 1910, in Frankston.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Butler; a daughter, Barbara Hoxsey of Carrollton; two brothers, the Rev. Willie Lee Butler of Terre Haute, Ind., and Hayden Butler of Los Angeles, Calif.; a sister Erline Faver of Jonesboro, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sept. 5 at Rhoton Funeral Home with the Rev. Harry Lewis officiating. Burial was at Hilltop Memorial Park.
