Paul D. Cameron
September 12, 1942 - June 28, 2016
Obituary
Paul Cameron of Carrollton, TX succumbed to Myasthenia Gravis, leaving a
legacy engraved on the hearts and characters of his wife, children and
grandchildren; responsibility, fidelity, determination in good and bad
times, integrity and an active and loving presence in their lives. We
hope it lasts for generations. A Rosary and Visitation will be Tuesday
6:30 pm July 5, 2016 at Metrocrest Funeral Home 1810 N. Perry Rd.
Carrollton, TX 75006. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at 2 pm on
July 6, 2016 at St. Catherine – Siena Church 1705 E. Peters Colony Rd
75007 with Father Augustine officiating. A reception will follow. Burial
will then be at Hilltop
Memorial Park 1810 N. Perry Rd. Carrollton, TX. Arrangements are by
Metrocrest Funeral Home. Paul Cameron was born in Breckenridge, TX to
Margaret and Marvin Cameron on September 12, 1942. Paul graduated from
Breckenridge High School in 1960. He also graduated from The University
of Texas at Austin. Paul worked as an insurance underwriter. He was an
avid bowler and a director of the Denton County Bowling Association.
Paul cherished his role as a lecture at St. Catherine – Siena Catholic
Church; gratefully volunteering his time. Paul is survived by his wife,
Daralynn, children, Kevin and spouse Annette Cameron, Keith and spouse
Lisa Cameron, Ken and spouse Mimi Garcia; daughter Karen Cameron;
grandchildren, Christian, Brianna and Kathryn Cameron and Adrianna
Rodriguez, as well as sister, Cathy Cameron. For those who choose may
