Death of Evlyn Loraine Cary

On Dec 6, Little Evlyn Loraine Cary, who was born May 21, 1912, passed away at her home in Carrollton, she was the step-daughter of Mr. Crenshaw.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. I. M. Phillips at the residence. Not many hours before she died she sang as best she could "Love Lifted Me." She was a faithful little Sunday school girl. The little body was laid to rest in Union Cemetery.
"It is sweet in childhood to give back the spirit to the maker, E're the heart has become familiar with the path is of sin."
