A Farmers Branch man was shot to death at 2:28 a.m. Saturday during an argument in a Dallas nightclub in the 3400 block of Webb Chapel Extension, police said.

The victim, identified as Robert Castillo, 26, of the 2600 block of Hearthstone Drive in Farmers Branch, was dead on arrival at Parkland Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound in the chest.

Homicide Detectives Carl Wachholz and Edward Brown said Mr. Castillo was inside the Mia Casita Club when he became involved with an unidentified man. The man shot Mr. Castillo and escaped before police arrived.
