OBITUARY Mrs. Colwell
Dies At Coppell Wednesday
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. at the Farmers Branch
Baptist church for Mrs. Katie Dick Colwell of Coppell who died Wednesday
afternoon. Rev. Harvey Welch officiated and interment followed at
Farmers Branch cemetery. Mrs.
Colwell was a member of the Baptist church.
Mrs. Colwell is survived by a son, C. J. Colwell, Coppell; daughter, Mrs. Bessie
Carathers, Dallas and two brothers Joe Godwin and J. B. Godwin, both of Dallas,
12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
