OBITUARY

WILLIAM COX
COX, WILLIAM "EARL" was born May 18, 1932 in East Texas and passed away December 27, 2003 in Carrollton, Texas after an extended illness. Survived by his wife of 54 years Velma Cox of Lewisville, Texas, Sons Billy Cox and wife Heidi of Hickory Creek, Kenneth Cox and wife Lisa of Carrollton, Jimmy Cox and wife Debbie of Collinsville, and Daughter Patricia Sparks of Houston. Grandchildren; Chris Cox, Samantha Pierce, Elizabeth Fox, Kristina Cox, Mark Norwood, Natalie Williamson, Daniel Norwood, Drew Sparks, and Dane Sparks. 4 Great-Grandchildren; Stetson, Brittan, Braxton and Mason. One brother Glen Cox and wife Sue of Illinois, and sister Opal McCullough and husband Robert of Flower Mound also survive him. Brother-in-laws; Charles Molloy, Loyd Molloy and his wife Barbara, sister-in-law Bonnie Blundell all of Tyler, Texas. Preceded in death by brother James Cox. Earl is also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, church friends and family. Also, very special family friends Larry and Johnna Causey and family. Services will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 30, 2003, at Northside Baptist Church, 2000 N. Denton Drive, Carrollton, TX the Reverend Mark Dallalio officiating. Interment Hilltop Memorial Park. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, December 29th at Metrocrest Funeral Home, 1810 N. Perry Road. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Northside Baptist Church Building Fund. Metrocrest 972-242-3646
