Jeffrey attended R. L. Turner High School in Carrollton, TX. Then he later received a Bachelor's Degree in French from Eastern University in St. David's, PA where he also completed his Masters in Education. Jeffrey is survived by his sister Janine Bunce of Lansdale, PA; and his brother Steven Cranston of Garland, TX.
