OBITUARY Paul Edward Crouch
IRVING - Paul Edward Crouch, 78, a retired owner of Crouch Sand
and Gravel, died Sunday Aug 3, 2003, in Dallas.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Brown's Memorial Chapel, Pastor
Jerry Perrill officiating. Burial: Interment will follow in Oak Grove
Memorial Gardens, Irving. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6
to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home.
Mr. Crouch was born in Farmers Branch on June 8, 1925, to Arthur
Bee and Annie Bell Crouch. He was a veteran of World War II. He
fought with Company G, 179th Infantry, 45th Division, at Anzio Beach and
in France and Germany. He also served in Company B, 61st Armored
Infantry Battalion. He received a Purple Heart for wounds suffered in
Germany. He was discharged in 1945 and returned to Dallas. He moved to
Irving in 1949, where he resided until his death. He went into business
for himself in 1950, opening Crouch Sand and Gravel and retired in 1983.
He helped form the local Saddle Club for family and friends to enjoy. He
loved his family, horses, fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death
by his wife, Bernice Marie Crouch; his parents; his brothers, Clyde,
J.B., Arthur B., Jr. Crouch; his sisters, Bernice Glass and Flois
Crouch.
The family would like to thank Bill and Maxine Dulworth for their
special friendship, love and care during this time and through the
years.
Survivors: Sons, Carl Crouch, Roger Crouch and wife, Becky, Guy Crouch
and Wife, Jo; brother, Melvin Crouch; grandchildren, Lisa Jacogs, Alesha
Grecu, Ty Crouch and Todd Crouch, great-grandchildren, Tristan Grecu.
Patricia Ann and Jeff Jacobs; many nieces and nephews; and extended
family and friends whom he cherished.

OBITUARY CROUCH, PAUL EDWARD of Irving
passed away on Sunday August 3, 2003 at 9:05 PM. He was born in Farmers Branch,
TX on June 8, 1925 to Arthur Bee and Annie Bell Crouch. Paul Crouch was a
veteran of World War II. He fought with Co. G 179th Inf. 45th Div. at Anzio
Beach in France and Germany. He was also in Company B 61st armored Infantry
Battalion. He was awarded a Purple Heart for his wounds suffered in Germany. He
was discharged in 1945 and returned to Dallas. He moved to Irving in 1949 where

Glass, and Flois Crouch. He is survived by sons Carl Crouch, Roger Crouch and
wife Becky, Guy Crouch and wife Jo, brother Melvin Crouch; grandchildren; Lisa
Jacobs, Alesha Grecu, Ty Crouch and Todd Crouch, great-grandchildren; Tristan
Grecu, Patricia Ann and Jett Jacobs. There are many nieces and nephews, extended
family and friends he cherished. The family would like to thank Bill and Maxine
Dulworth for their special friendship, love and care during this time and
throughout the years. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Tuesday August 5,
2003 at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday
August 6, 2003 at Brown's Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jerry Perrill officiating.
Interment to follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Brown's Memorial Funeral Home
