Jerry Steven Davis was born on July 18, 1950, in Carrollton, Texas and passed away in Forth Worth, Texas on August 7, 2017.

Jerry is survived by his beloved family and friends.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 11, 217 at 1:00 PM in The Vett IV Garden at Restland Funeral Home.
