OBITUARY

KATHLEEN P. DEATON (KAY) Was born May 23, 1915 and passed away May 4, 2008 at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Jack Deaton. Survivors include her son, James E. Deaton of Houston; daughter, Linda Nelson of Carrollton; brother, George Pond of Malone, N.Y.; sister-in-law, Mary Pond of Malone, N.Y.; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at New Life Funeral Home, 1835 Pearl St., Carrollton, TX 75006. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 8, 2008 at New Life Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hilltop Memorial Park in Carrollton.
