OBITUARY

W. F. Dockins Dies

W. R. Dockins who has resided on the Harriet Warner farm northeast of Carrollton for some years died there Monday morning about six o'clock, heart failure being the cause of death. He had been ailing for a few days, he said the hot weather was getting the better of him and on Monday morning when the family called him he did not get u immediately and when they went back later to rouse him they found him dead. Dr Bridgefarmer was called but he was beyond human aid.
Funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at the home, Rev. L. M. Joines pastor of the Union Baptist chruch of which deceased was a member, conducted the services assisted by two other ministers. Interment was made in Pecan Grove Cemetery at McKinney beside a daughter who had preceded him. Lucus Undertaking Company had charge of the funeral.
