OBITUARY
 Obituary
for David Ray Dorough
David Ray Dorough, 59, of Prosper, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 in
McKinney, TX. He was born May 8, 1955 in Dallas, TX to Franklin and
Barbara (Tanner) Dorough. David married Kathy Phillips on February, 25
1978 in Carrollton, TX. He served in the United States Air Force. He is
survived by his wife, Kathy of Prosper, TX; parents, Frank and Barbara
Dorough of Aubrey, TX; son, Jeremy Dorough of California; one
grandchild; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Linda Lee of Grapevine,
TX and Carolyn Watts of Denton, TX; and numerous brothers-in-law,
sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his
mother-in-law, Edia Schultz and father-in-law, Dewey Phillips.
Visitation will be held 2:00PM, Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Slay
Memorial Chapel of Aubrey with the funeral service following at 3:00PM
officiated by Bob Smith and Bo Thompson. Pallbearers include Travis
Phillips; Daniel Phillips; Johnathan Phillips; Aaron McLendon; Damion
Phillips; Stan Hayes and Honorary Pallbearer, Mike Phillips. Burial will
then be held at Pilot Point Community Cemetery in Pilot Point, TX.
