Frances was born on May 11, 1919 in Washington D.C., a daughter of William Vernon and Erline (Bellinger) Etheredge. She is survived by her daughter: Carolyn Krusac and husband Paul, son: Edward Robert Dougherty III and wife Louise, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandsons. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church in Plano at a later date. The service date and time will be published once it becomes available. Inurnment will be held at Mary Immaculate Catholic Community in Farmers Branch. Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, Texas has charge of arrangements.
