Merle de Cordova
Merle de Cordova of Carrollton, died Nov. 2, 1989 at Trinity Medical Center. She was 71.
She was born Aug. 12, 1918 in Turkey and married James Rafael de Cordova May 28, 1939 in Frederick, Okla. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, James de Cordova of Carrollton; son, Jerry De Cordova of Farmers Branch; sister, Mildred Eaves of Bedford; brothers, Maurice Tisdel of New Braunfels and Clarence Tisdel of Roundrock, and one grandchild.
A graveside service was held Nov. 5 at Furneaux Cemetery in Carrollton with the Rev. Maurice Tisdel officiating.
