OBITUARY W. B. Echols
Dies at Farmers Branch Home
FARMERS BRANCH, Dallas Co., Texas, July 10, William B. Echols, 67, a
resident of Dallas County since 1892, died at his home here Sunday evening
shortly after 6 o'clock. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 3
o'clock and burial will be in Crosby cemetery. The Rev. E. B. Jackson will
officiate.
Mr. Echols is survived by his wife, five sons, W. P. Echols of Farmers Branch,
Jack Echols of Richardson, Dave Echols of Poolville, Monroe Echols of Dallas and
E. H. Echols of Estelline; one daughter, Mrs. N. F. Good of Farmers Branch, and
one sister, Annie Maybury of Farmers Branch.

OBITUARY W.
M. ECHOLS PASSES AWAY
Sunday evening at 6:50 o'clock, W. M. Echols passed away at his home at
Farmers Branch. He had been in bad health for some time and in spite of
all the medical attention possible he gradually grew weaker until the end came.
The funeral was conducted Monday afternoon followed by burial at Crosby Cemetery
in the presence of a large concourse of friends who had gathered to pay their
last respects to a departed friend and neighbor.
For about thirty-five years he had made his home in Dallas County, having once
lived in this community, but for the past several years a resident of Farmers
Branch.
Mr. Echols is survived by his wife, five sons, W. P. Echols of Farmers Branch,
Jack Echols of Richardson, Dave Echols of Poolville, Monroe Echols of Dallas and
E. H. Echols of Estelline; one daughter, Mrs. N. F. Good of Farmers Branch, and
one sister, Annie Maybury of Farmers Branch.
