OBITUARY

Walter Ferguson
GRAND PRAIRIE - Walter Sidney Ferguson, 55, of 1029 NW Seventh, died in Arlington Thursday after a brief illness.
A native of Buda, Hays County, Ferguson lived in Dallas before moving to Grand Prairie 25 years ago.
He was a member of the Sam R. Hamilton Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, the Hella Temple Shrine and the First United Methodist Church of Grand Prairie.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Brown-Pike Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Hilltop Memorial Park, Carrollton.
Ferguson is survived by his wife, Susan, his mother, Mrs. Pearl Stewart Hood, one son and one daughter.

Funeral services for Walter Sidney Ferguson, 55, of 1029 NW 7th St were to be at 2 p.m. today in BrowBrown-Pike Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Morphis officiating. Sam R. Hamilton Lodge No. 1031 was to conduct Masonic graveside services in Hilltop Memorial Park of Carrollton.
Ferguson died early Thursday morning in an Arlington hospital after a short illness. Survivors include his wife, a son, a daughter, his mother and a sister.
