Eight Wounds in His Back

Farmers Branch, Tex., Oct 26 - Murt Fraila, who was shot at this place last night, Is still alive. There are eight ugly wounds in his back, but it is the opinion of many that he will get up.

Tragedy at Farmers Branch
Farmers Branch, Tex., Oct. 25. Mert Fraily was shot and fatally wounded this evening at 7:15 o'clock. A double-barreled shotgun loaded with No. 4 shot, was the weapon used.

DIED OF HIS WOUNDS
Mert Fraley. Shot Near Farmers Branch, Dies in Dallas.

Mert Fraley, who was shot near Farmers Branch several days ago, and later was brought to this city for treatment, died yesterday morning at 449 Elm street, having been conscious only a few minutes since the shooting.
Nine buckshot took effect in his body. He was 27 years of age and married. The remains will be shipped to farmers Branch today for burial.

DIED FROM THE WOUND
Mert Fraley, Shot at Farmer's Branch, is Dead

Dallas, Texas, Oct. 31. - (Special) - Mert Fraley, the young man who was shot at Farmers Branch last week died this morning at 449 Elm street, where he has been since being injured. It is alleged that his brother-in-law shot him with number 4 buckshot in the left shoulder while Fraley was sitting on his front porch.
Franley was about 27 years of age.
