Joshua "Joshy" Javier Gamez
June 22, 1991 - June 23, 2019

Joshua Javier Gamez passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in Dallas, at the age of 28. He is survived by his parents Javier and Laura and younger brother Jacob.
Joshua was born on June 22, 1991, at Medical City of Dallas. He graduated from R.L.Turner High School in 2009.

He loved to goof around just like his favorite actor, Will Smith, which oddly enough he resembled. As a boy he was very active and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed skateboarding, surfing, bike riding but most of all making others laugh. His favorite teams were The Dallas Cowboys and The Chicago Bulls. He loved food. His favorite plates were wings, pizza and cucumbers.

Joshy was a hero to many but most of all to his younger brother Jacob, they were inseparable. He would lay his life down for him. He idolized his “Pop’s”, which is how he liked to call him. His bond with his mother was beautiful and unique. He had a big heart and loved his family!
