OBITUARY
B. F. Garner, 55, native of the Wheeling Community, died in Dallas, Texas,
Monday from leukemia. He had been a resident of Dallas for the past 20 years.
Final rites were conducted in Dallas Thursday at 2:30 p.m., with burial in that
city.
Surviving are his wife of Dallas, and a sister, Francis Garner, of Wheeling. He
also leaves a number of cousins in the area including W. G. "Bill" Plunkett of
Atlanta, Mrs. Nena Davies, Ray Davies, Thomas, Jack, and Billy Plunkett of
Winnfield, and Sam Plunkett of Ruston.
