Obituary of Gregory C Garner
Gregory Garner, 49, of Frisco, Texas passed away on April 18th, 2021. He was born in Dallas, Texas on August 4, 1971. Greg graduated from Newman Smith High School in 1989 and attended the Police Academy in 1992. Greg retired from the Frisco Police Department and was a well-loved student resource officer and D.A.R.E. instructor. He had a great sense of humor and was always joking with family and friends. He loved Texas Rangers baseball, win or lose, fishing, and playing a good game of “name that tune”. His daughter, son-in-law and grandsons were the loves of his life.

He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Jessica and Geoffrey Crouch, grandsons, Reid and Eli Crouch, parents, Jean and Michael Maroney and Charles Garner, brother and sister-in-law, Matthew and Jennifer Maroney, niece, Dahlia Maroney, grandmother, Joan Garner, grandmother, Wanda Maroney, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.

Greg’s celebration of life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on May 8, 2021 at Stonebriar Funeral Home in Frisco, Texas.
