OBITUARY

GARNER
TOMMY JOE "T.J.". Born January 1, 1931 in Dallas, Texas. Passed away February 17, 2000 in Dallas, Texas. He served in the United States Navy. T.J. loved gardening, traveling and cooking. He was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He loved the Lord Jesus Christ, a devoted Christian in the Later Day Saints Church and loved to serve God with all his heart. T. J. put on the full armor of God and fought a good fight to the end. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Judy Garner married Oct 18, 1956 and seal for all time and all eternity in 1966 at Salt Lake Temple; sons, Greg and wife Wendy, Paul, Michael and wife Melanie and Stephen and wife Leigh; grandchildren, Chad, Brandon, Alyssa, Nicholas, Anthony, Alex, Melody, Tina, Christian and Dylan. Services will be held at 11:00 am., Saturday, February, 19, 2000 at CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATER DAY SAINTS 9th Ward, 9509 Midway Rd. Dallas, Tx 75220. Interment  follow at Restland Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2000 at Restland Funeral Home.
