OBITUARY Funeral Services Set For Houston E. Gaugh
Funeral services for Houston E. Gaugh, 63, of 1227 Stafford, operator of a
secondhand clothing store at 613 South Preston, will be held at the Weever
Funeral Chapel at 4 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. George McCollum officiating.
Burial will be in the Farmers Branch
Cemetery.
Mr. Gaugh, a resident of Dallas, fifty-five years, was found dead in front of
his store Sunday with the key to the front lock in his hand. It was though he
died of a heart attack as he prepared to open for the day.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sallie Gaugh; four daughters, Mrs. Addie Wade,
Dallas; Mrs Nora Thomas, Los Angeles; Mrs. George Pinkston, Bryan, Brazos
County, and Mrs. Elsie Dunn, Dallas; two sons,
Jimmie Gaugh, Los Angeles; two
sisters Mrs. Mae Dennis, Farmers Branch and Mrs. Fannie Dennis, Morgan,
Shackelford County; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. The
