Reid was born to Peter and Allie Lou Geilich (later Gordon,
now deceased) in North Carolina, the third of their four children. The family
moved to Dallas, Texas shortly thereafter. Reid grew up attending schools in
Carrollton-Farmers Branch, as well as Jesuit Preparatory School. Reid was very
proud to serve the Farmers Branch Police Department as a Junior Explorer and
later as a full officer, and also served as a police officer in Kerrville, Texas
and Tarpon Springs, Florida. Later in life, Reid moved to Ellington,
Connecticut, where he married his beloved wife Lori Deabill, now Lori Geilich,
in 1991. Reids greatest treasures were his wife and their beautiful
four-year-old daughter, Allie. Reid is also survived by his father, Peter, his
step-father, Ken Gordon, his sister, Michele, his brothers and step-brother,
Paul, Charles and Scott, his mother-in-law, Christine Deabill-Tiziani and her
husband Gordie, and many other in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Reid was
dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

GEILICH, William Reid
William Reid Geilich, 42, of Bedford, NH died Thursday, (September 5, 2002) at
Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. Reid was born March 31, 1960 to Peter and the
late Allie Lou Geilich Gordon in North Carolina, the third of their four
children. The family moved to Dallas, TX, shortly thereafter. Reid grew up
attending schools in Carrollton-Farmers Branch, as well as Jesuit Preparatory
School. Reid was very proud to serve the
Farmers Branch Police Department
as a junior explorer and later as a full officer, and also served as a police
officer in Kerrville, TX and Tarpon Springs, FL. Later in life, Reid moved to
Ellington where he married his beloved wife Lori (Deabill) Geilich in 1991.
Reid's greatest treasures were his wife and their beautiful four year old
daughter, Allie. Reid is also survived by his father, Peter; his stepfather, Ken
Gordon; a sister, Michele; his brothers and stepbrother, Paul, Charles and
Scott; his mother-in-law, Christine Deabill-Tiziani and her husband Gordie; and
many other in-laws, nieces and nephews and cousins. Reid was dearly loved and
will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be Monday, Sept. 9, 10 a.m. in St.
Luke's Church, 141 Maple St., Ellington. Burial will be in Ellington Center
Cemetery, Ellington. Relatives and friends may call at the Burke-Fortin Funeral
Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville Sunday from 5-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers,
memorial donations may be made to the Allie Geilich Trust Fund, c/o Rockville
