James Ray Gilliland, 1806 Crosby Road, Carrollton. Survived by wife; son, Paul, daughter, Mrs. Lela La Rae Simons; sisters, Mrs. Ila B. Hampton, Mrs. Lora Anis Gilliland, Mrs. Jessie Felker; two grandchildren. Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Carrollton, with Dr. Fred White officiating. Interment was in Hilltop Cemetery.
