OBITUARY
 
Michael Wayne Hale
November 25, 1942 - May 8, 2015

Mr. Michael Wayne Hale, 72 of Gunter passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015. Mr. Hale was born on November 25, 1942 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Ernest and Hazel Irene Turner Hale.

Mr. Hale was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a Police Officer for the Farmers Branch, Grapevine, and Flower Mound Police Departments having retired after 34 years in law enforcement. His favorite activity was being a Master Mason with the James Smith Lodge in Farmers Branch.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael Brian and Sarah Hale; four grandchildren, Gabriella Hale, Gavin Hale, Reese Hale, and Rylin Hale; one sister, Beverly Hale; one niece, Brenna Francis Brusa-Nette, and one nephew, Dane Francis.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 13, 2015 from 11:00am – 1:00pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.

Interment with military honors will follow the visitation at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211 at 2:15pm.
