OBITUARY ROSARY TO BE RECITED FOR E. MICHELLE
HALLACK OF DALLAS
A rosary for E. Michelle Hallack, an active Dallas volunteer, will be recited at
7 p.m. Monday at Crane-Weiland Funeral Home Chapel in Dallas.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Monica Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
Miss Hallack died Thursday at Baylor University Medical Center after a lengthy
illness. She was 44.
Miss Hallack was a graduate of Carrollton High School and East Texas State
University.
After college, she worked as a maintenance supervisor for several office
buildings in Dallas. In 1982, she became assistant director of the real estate
department of First Texas Savings Association.
Miss Hallack was a Big Sister in the Big Brothers-Big Sisters Organization for
three years. She visited the elderly at retirement communities. She participated
in the Operation Lift reading program and helped teach mentally retarded
children at the University of Dallas.
She was a member of the Dallas Museum of Art and Dallas Theater Center.
Miss Hallack is survived by her father, Eddie Hallack of Dallas; her mother,
Sara Hallack of Dallas; and a brother, Nick Hallack of New York, N.Y.
Memorials may be made to the National Cancer Institute in Maryland or Baylor
University Medical Center Foundation.
