OBITUARY MASTER WILLIAM HAMM BURIED AT FARMERS BRANCH
William Hamm, aged fourteen, died early Sunday morning at the City Hospital,
after an illness of about seven weeks. He was operated on for appendicitis a
month ago. He moved here with his parents from Oklahoma
about three years ago, was a favorite with his play mates and was held in high
esteem by everyone who knew him. He was the only boy in a family of four
children, and will be greatly missed. He was always ready to perform the duties
on the farm and had the ability and judgment of a boy much older.
He was buried Monday afternoon at the Farmers Branch Cemetery Where a host
of friends attended, extending words of sympathy. The funeral services were
conducted by Rev. L. B. Collins of Carrollton. The Carrollton Chronicle
