OBITUARY

Conor Eugene Hammons
November 18, 1997 – May 23, 2025

IN THE CARE OF
Rhoton Funeral Home
Conor Hammons, 27 years old, of Carrollton, TX passed away on Friday May 23rd, 2025.
Conor was the second born in a set of triplets in Dallas, TX on November 18, 1997 to Ron and Rachelle Hammons. He graduated from Newman Smith High School in 2016 and pursued a career with Military Police in the Army until he was medically discharged from an injury. He returned to Carrollton where he pursued his next favorite job, working at Whataburger, starting in 2017. Conor loved Whataburger and worked his way up to management.

He was an avid gamer, a Star Wars aficionado, loved anime, and was a die-hard Cowboys fan, as well. Conor loved sharing and making new recipes, but his specialty was tiramisu. He had an amazing sense of humor; he could make a pun out of anything and was an expert at “dad jokes”. Conor had a kind, generous soul that spoke to animals. Every animal he met instantly took to him like a kindred spirit. His dog Boo Boo was like his best friend. His favorite animal was the wolf. He was quick to sacrifice for his family and was an invaluable help. He regularly took care of his disabled brother Joshua, his mother after her stroke, and his Papa who had Alzheimer’s. Conor had excitedly taken on his new role as Uncle to his nephew Michael and loved playing with him. He also enjoyed going on trips and trying new things with his best friend Brandon Mathis.

Conor is preceded in death by his grandfather Armand Serafin, his Papa Willard Hammons, and his grandfather Robert Wolbers.

Conor is survived by his parents Ron and Rachelle Hammons, his triplet siblings Joshua Hammons and Lauren Mebane, brother-in-law Martin Mebane, nephew Michael Mebane, grandmothers Kay Serafin and Carol Wolbers, and Nana Jenell Hammons.

Visitation will be held at Rhoton Funeral home on Wednesday, June 4th from 4pm-7pm followed by a rosary from 7pm-8pm. The funeral mass will be at St. Catherine of Siena at 11am on Thursday, June 5th. A luncheon will be held at the church following the funeral mass. Graveside services will be held at a later date with the immediate family.
