OBITUARY

HAMNER
MARVIN O. "MO", 60, Plano, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2002. He was born to the late Malcolm and Stella Owens Hamner on March 21, 1942 in Edinburg, Indiana. Marvin was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Plano and a member of the LST Association. He served his country in the United States Navy for 10 years. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by so many. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Lynne J. Hamner of Plano; daughters, Jenelll Seward of Boston, MA, Meghan Elizabeth Hamner of Plano; granddaughter, Erica Seward of Boston, MA; brothers, David B. Hamner of Howe, Texas, Donald Hamner of Chico, Texas; sister, Judith Hamner of California; special aunt and uncle, Rosanne and Norlan Adams of Indiana; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by is son, Andrew "Drew" Hamner, sister, Shirley Jean Hamner; brother Michael Hamner. Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 24, 2002 at the First United Methodist Church of Plano with Rev. Ralph Burke officiating. Graveside services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Monday, June 24, 2002 at Hollytree Cemetery in Mineola, Texas. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, June 23, 2002 from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home.
