Vanassa Dale Hardin, 52, of Carrollton, died June 13, 2007 at Las Colinas Medical Center in Irving. She was born August 16, 1954 in Dallas to Lawrence Cecil and Delfia (Houser) Cotton. She was married to the Late Gary Hardin, who died Nov. 27, 2001. She was a Homemaker.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 18, 2007 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, TX with Rev. Mark Dallalio, officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Elm Cemetery in Little Elm, TX The family will be at the funeral home for visitation Sunday, June 17, 2007 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.

Mrs. Hardin is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Gates, of Dallas, Amy M. Hardin, of Dallas, son Gary Hardin, Jr. of Carrollton, her mother, Delfia Cotton, of Carrollton, sisters, Anna Glidewell, of Carrollton, Celia Erwin, of Wills Point, and brothers, Edward Barber, of McKinney and Cecil Wayne Cotton, of Dallas, Four Grandchildren and One Step Grandchild.
