Mr. Harper , an Okeechobee resident for 17 years, died Monday. He was born in Texas and was a retired security guard.

Survivors include two daughters; a son; a sister; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home.

Service 11 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Okeechobee .
