OBITUARY
 
Rex Harris
1948 - 2012


Rex Harris, 63 of Cottonwood, passed away September 21, 2012. He was born on December 2, 1948 in Phoenix, AZ to Marlon Harris and Florence Frank.

Rex attended R. L. Turner school in Texas for 12 years. He served his country in the Marine Corps where he served as a Corporal during Vietnam.

Rex worked as a shipping foreman. He belonged to Immaculate Conception Parish and enjoyed gardening and playing pool.

Rex was preceded in death by his father Marlon Harris. He is survived by son Michael Harris (Karen) of Texas; daughter Michele Brawdy (Laris) of Texas; brother Joseph Harris of Cottonwood; sisters Kathleen Boren of Texas and Sherri Ann Frank of Cottonwood; mother Florence Frank of Cottonwood and 2 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday October 2, 2012 at 11:00am at the National Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
