James Hawkins Dies
James M. Hawkins, age 34 years, died Saturday morning, August 28, at Parkland hospital.  Funeral services were held Sunday, August 29, at the Love Field Methodist Church, Bro. Welch conducting the funeral. Interment was in Perry Cemetery. He was a member of the Baptist church.
He is survived by his wife Miss Elsie Hawkins, father and mother, Mr. and Mrs.  P. C. Hawkins, 4 brothers, Richard, J. D., Ted and Earnest and one sister, Mrs. Tate.
