Jesse R. Hazelwood, Carrollton. Survived by son, Wayne Hazelwood; daughter, Kay Hazelwood; sisters, Mrs. Lola Seabolt, Mrs. Mary Helen Cooper, Carrollton. Chapel services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with  Dr. Fred White and Rev. D. L. Wadley officiating. Interment was in Perry Cemetery with Rhoton Funeral Home in charge.
