OBITUARY

Head, Judy Ann age 68, of Lewisville, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014 at UT Southwestern Medical Center - St. Paul Hospital. Judy was born on November 16, 1945 in Dallas, TX. Judy was a graduate of RL Turner High School in Carrollton, TX and was a 29-year resident of Lewisville where she proudly worked at and retired from the Lewisville Police Department. Judy was a member of the Lewisville Church of Christ and a resident of Lewisville Estates Senior Living. An avid quilter, she always enjoyed making a special quilt or craft for her friends and family. Judy is preceded in death by her father, W.O. Menefee, and her mother, Aline Menefee. She is survived by her son, Bryan Head and his wife, Laura of Flower Mound, TX; sister, Linda Hasten and her husband, Richard of Abilene, TX; grandsons, Ryan & Jackson Head; and nephew, Rich Hasten his wife, Sue and daughter, Natalie of Denver, CO. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
