Mr. Edwin Albert " Buddy " Houston Jr., age 84, of Farmers Branch, Texas passed away on Thursday April 5, 2018 at his home. Buddy was born March 23, 1934 in Dallas, TX. to Edwin A. Houston, Sr. and Blanch Houston. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church of Carrollton, Texas

He was preceded in death by his parents, Brother Larry and Sister In Law Mary Fielder and Brother In Law Milton Caver.

Buddy raced Go Carts, drove dune buggies race cars and motorcycles. The Faster the Better.

A visitation for Edwin will be held Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Northside Baptist Church, 2000 Denton Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006. A funeral service will occur Monday, April 9, 2018 from 1:00 PM at Northside Baptist Church, 2000 Denton Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006. Burial will follow at Hilltop Memorial Park, Carrollton, Texas 75006.

Buddy is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Carolyn Houston also by his daughter Demetra , son Dietrich, grandson Mason. He is also survived by his Sister-In-Law Romie Caver, Brother-In-Law Billy Powell and Wife Hulene Powell and his Brother Clifford Byrom and wife Karin and by many cousins and friends
