James (Butch) Fred Houston was born on August 14, 1949 to William and Hazel Houston in Dallas, Texas, and passed away on September 3, 2016. He was the youngest out of seven sisters. Butch served in the U.S Marines before retiring. He offered several years of loving care for nephew, Jonathan Herrera. Butch is preceded in death by parents, William Fred and Hazel Milstead Houston; sisters, June Deckard, Joyce Robertson, and Joan Hazelton. He is survived by sisters, Janice Sutter and husband, Bobby, Jeannette Cullum and husband, Marvin, Jolene Tuttel, and Judith Coplen; nephew, Jim (Buster) Deckard, and numerous family members and friends.
