OBITUARY

Memorial Rites Held for Pfc. Hunt

A memorial service for Marine Pfc. William Dickson Hunt, 19, a former Farmers Branch resident killed April 21 in combat near Da Nang in South Vietnam, was held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 in St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Farmers Branch. Burial was in San Antonio.

Pfc. Hunt had attended R. L. Turner High School and had been a member of Boy Scout Troop 114 and St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. He was a resident of Birmingham, Ala., at the time of his death.

He served with Company F. of the Second Battalion, First Marines.

Survivors:  mother, Mrs. Francis L. Hunt of Birmingham, and grandmother, Mrs. Georgia B. Hunt of Fort Worth.
