IT'S NOW MAJ. HOMER A. HUSKEY!
SAN FRANCISCO - Promotion of the Carrollton, Texas, native and graduate of Texas A&M college has been announced by Headquarters Fourth Airforce where he is on duty as a telephone and telegraph officer.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Huskey of Carrollton.  His wife, Jeanne, and daughter, Dianna Lee, live with him at 478 Merriet Avenue, Oakland.
Prior to his Army service he was an electrical engineer and petroleum product expert with the Carter Oil Co. in Illinois.  He was graduated from Texas A. & M. on May 28, 1938, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical engineering.
He entered active service on July 1, 1941 with the Second Infantry Division at Fort Sam Houston and joined the fourth Interceptor Command, part of Fourth Air Force, on December 10, 1941.  He has been in California ever since.
