Mrs. S. J. Isom

Mrs. S. J. Isom, 83, of 138 Mitscher, a Dallas resident for more than 60 years, died here Tuesday.
She was a native of Hebron, Denton County.
Mrs. Isom was a member of the Elmwood Boulevard Baptist Church.
Survivors: a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite Garner of Dallas; two sons, Donald B. Isom and Jack Isom, both of Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Melissa McMurray of Fort Worth, and Mrs. Jennie Everett of Dallas; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Dudley M. Hughes Funeral Chapel, 400 E. Jefferson. Burial will be in Cemetery Hill north of Carrollton.
