OBITUARY
School Girl, 8, Killed When Struck By Auto
DALLAS, Sept. 11 - UP - Bobbie Elaine Jackson, an eight-year-old Farmers Branch
Schoolgirl, was killed Wednesday when an automobile driven by a 14 year-old-boy
went out of control and struck her as she fled, terrified, into a deep ditch.
Officers said Robert Glendinning, driver of the automobile, waved as he passed a
school bus, lost control of the car and struck Bobbie Elaine as she walked
carefuly on the left side of Valley View lane. Robert and his 12-year-old
brother were injured.
