Warren Keith Kemp
November 14, 1941 - August 06, 2011
Warren Keith Kemp was born November 14, 1941 at Dallas, Texas to Kenneth W.
Kemp and Oleta B. Johns Kemp. He married Linda L. Harbison on September 1, 1961
at Farmers Branch, Texas. He died Saturday, August 6, 2011 at his residence in
Whitewright, Texas at the age of 69. Keith was a graduate of Carrollton High
School, and attended Abilene Christian College. He served his nation in the U.S.
Army and Army Reserves. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived
by wife of almost 50 years, Linda of Whitewright; son, Robert Kemp of Blue
Ridge; daughters, Wendy Kovalev of Waco, Georgia; Christy Sadler and Cheryl
Davis of Whitewright; brother, Monty Kemp of Godley; grandchildren, Weston
Christman of The Colony; Brittany Cates of Blue Ridge; Paige Shewbirt of
Brownsboro; Taylor Shewbirt of Phoenix, Arizona; Dustan Davis of Whitewright;
Don Sadler of McKinney; Katy Wilson of Sherman; Kahla Sadler of Pottsboro; Brett
and Christopher Kemp of Aubrey; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Keslie Cates of
Blue Ridge; Abram Sadler of McKinney; mother, Oleta Kemp of McKinney. He is
preceded in death by his father, Kenneth W. Kemp; sister,
Rene Caskey; nephew,
Brandon Strong. Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 9,
2011 at Graveside, Blue Ridge, Texas. Officiating the service will be Pastor
Roger Burkhouser. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their
convenience on Monday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The
family will receive friends during a visitation on Monday, August 8, 2011 from
6-8pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Whitewright, Texas. |

BLUE RIDGE, Texas - Warren Keith Kemp, 69, died, Saturday, August 6, 2011 at his
residence, Whitewright.
Graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 9, at Blue Ridge
Cemetery with Roger Burkhouser officiating.
Survivors are his wife Linda of Whitewright; son Robert Kemp of Blue Ridge;
daughters Wendy Kovalev of Waco, Georgia, Christy Sadler and Cheryl Davis of
Whitewright; brother Monty Kemp of Godley; 10 grandchildren; three
great-grandchildren; mother Oleta Kemp of McKinney.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Monday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel,
Whitewright.
Arrangments are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
