OBITUARY
 
RALPH KISKE

KISKE, RALPH, Born July 24, 1929 in Rochester, New York. He passed away on Jan. 28, 2006 in Dallas, Texas. He will be extremely missed by his wife of 56 years, June (Thein), his daughter, Jude Slack, and a sister, June Brust of Leroy, New York, and his many friends in Rochester and Dallas. He was a graduate of Ridgewood School in Irondequoit and Edison Tech High School. He became a tool and die maker at Eastman Kodak Company after high school. He was a Sergent in the New York State National Guards for five years. His unit was federalized during the Korean War. He was stationed at Fort Pickett in Virginia and Fort Richardson in Alaska. In 1960 he was promoted to manager of Xerox's model shop in Dallas, TX. He held that position until he took early retirement in 1995. He was an avid NASCAR fan and bowler. He was a volunteer at Senior Adult Services for 10 years. Memorial Service will be held on Feb. 2, 2006 at 2:00 pm. at Metrocrest Funeral Home, 1810 N. Perry Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006.
