OBITUARY
Evelyn Knight
Funeral services for Evelyn Jean Knight, 53-year-old Farmers Branch
resident who died Dec. 27, were Dec. 29 at First Baptist Chruch of Farmers
Branch, the Rev. W.W. Baker and the Rev. Steven C. Davidson. Burial followed at
Keenan Cemetery in Farmers Branch.
She was born Aug. 30, 1935, in Oklahoma.
Survivors include her husband, Durwood Knight of Farmers Branch; son, Brad
Knight of De Soto; four daughters, Denise Peters of Farmers Branch, Gail York of
Carrollton, Misty Case of Farmers Branch and Wyndi Knight of Farmers Branch;
three brothers, Gaylor Sturgess of Arlongton, Jack Sturgess of Tyler and
Tom Sturgess of O'Fallon, Ill.; sister, Sue Reue of Dallas; mother, Irene
Sturgess of Dallas; three grandchildren; and 14 nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were made by Metrocrest Funeral Home.
