Corona Lerma, class of 1987, lost her well-fought battle with cancer and
is now in heaven. Please keep her husband, her children, her mother, and
all her family and numerous friends who loved her in your thoughts and
loving prayers. We are all devastated by her loss. Her obituary with

This is Nick Lerma, Yvonne’s husband.
It’s with great pain and sadness that I announce that my beautiful wife
Yvonne passed away on Thursday, Oct 20 at 10 pm.
She fought hard and brave but the cancer was too strong and aggressive.
Throughout the process, Yvonne never complained nor felt sorry for
herself. If you’re someone that’s been through chemo or know of someone
that has, then you’ll know it’s grueling.
So many of you knew of her illness and sent her words of encouragement,
blankets, books, gifts, food and thoughts & prayers. I sincerely thank
you as this kept her going.
Needless to say, our family is so heartbroken but are comforted by the
fact she is no longer in pain.
I love my beautiful sweet wife Yvonne and will miss her in a way that no
words can ever describe.
